AKIN School Workshop

On Thursday 23rd June 2022 ‘The Toy Choir’ will be at Manilla Central School presenting their AKIN Workshop. The Akin Program creates opportunities for equitable arts participation for girls aged 10-18 in rural communities. This cross-age workshop is a two-hour crash course in song writing. The girls will learn to sing, play the ukulele, and write original songs. By the end of the workshop students will have written a song and learnt the foundations of basic music skills.
