Leaving from: MCS approx 9:00am

Returning to: MCS approx 3:00pm

Please ensure permission note & overnight medical form are completed and returned to the school (primary or secondary).

Lake Keepit (Office of NSW) also require their medical form to be completed as well as the schools medical note. To fill out the form for Office of NSW/Lake Keepit, please go to the link below (you will need to 'sign up' if you haven’t completed one in previous years). Make sure the top section of page 1 is the parents’ details and the bottom section is the students details. This needs to be completed before your student attends.
